Our garden is full of unique plants. We have Bitter Melon, Green Beans, Asian Long Beans, Luffa & Snake Gourds, Cabbage, Carrots, Collards, Kale, Bok Choi, spinach, herbs, mustard greens, chard, kolorobi, lettuce, beets, chili peppers and much more.
We use natural fertilizers, no herbicides or pesticides. For example, we use hot sauce with dish soap and water to spray away the critters.
The garden is large. We perform preparation during the winter months by tilling in pecan shells, leaves, grass clippings and manure. By spring, the soil is ready for planting.
